Lisa WhinnieLisa is a co-founder of Andavi Solutions.  As the Chief Executive Officer, drives the overall company strategy, direction, overseeing product vision and execution.

Over her career, Lisa has created and managed operations, customer success, development and sales teams.  She specializes in adding value for customers by aligning business efficiency requirements with technology

With 20+ years of experience in M&A integration & rationalization of global software companies within Consumer Product Goods & Life Sciences, including Food & Beverage, Wine & Spirits, Trade Promotion, Retail Execution,  Field Service, ERP and WMS solutions

Prior to Andavi, Lisa served as the COO and various senior technology roles in software product and services companies that included Anju Software, AFS Technologies and Illy Espresso.

CCO Kelly Malloy

As the Chief Customer Officer at Andavi Solutions, Kelly is responsible for spearheading the company’s customer success initiatives, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving growth for the organization, and working in tandem with sales, marketing, and operations teams to achieve the company’s customer retention and revenue goals.

Kelly’s expertise is anchored by her background in senior leadership positions. Prior to joining Andavi Solutions, she was most recently the Senior Vice President of Product Solutions, where she successfully steered overall product strategy and lifecycle management.
With more than two decades of experience in operations, client management, marketing, sales, product management, and analytics across various industries, Kelly brings a wealth of knowledge to Andavi Solutions. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Penn State University’s Smeal College of Business. Additionally, she completed MBA classes in Marketing and Management at DeSales University’s School of Graduate Studies and earned her Certified Product Manager certification from Pragmatic Institute in October of 2021.

Doug Hoogervorst is the Chief Innovation Officer at Andavi Solutions, driving exciting and insightful uses of data from supplier to consumer through Andavi’s product suite.

Doug began working in business intelligence at age 13, analyzing data for his dad’s manufacturing company through multiple dimensions like distributor, product, date, and more. With an MBA from Wake Forest University, Doug started in software at Ross Systems, an international ERP provider in Atlanta, building out the company’s first Enterprise Performance Management system. In 2005, he started Business Impact, which focused on business intelligence and data. In 2018 he found Tradeparency, a trade promotions platform for beverage alcohol.

When not working, you’ll likely find him running, hiking, or on the go, trying to experience this great world.

COO John Collins

As Andavi Solutions’ COO, John is a veteran technology executive with experience across all tiers of the beverage alcohol industry. He led the technology function at Beringer/Foster’s and was also Vice President of Marketing where he led the company’s direct-to-consumer business and trade marketing function. John spent time in the wholesale tier as CIO for Standard Beverage and was also CIO for the Dean & Deluca luxury retail chain.

Prior to beverage alcohol, John worked within large tech firms like IBM Global Services and for a number of emerging software solution development companies. 

Ajay Vashitha Headshot BW

Ajay is the VP of Technology Strategy at Andavi Solutions and oversees the development of software solutions provided by the company.  He is responsible for developing strategies to optimize systems, setting product roadmaps, and liaising with key clients and business stakeholders.

With over 20 years of experience in software design, development, integration, and leadership, Ajay has worked with cross-functional, global teams on many mobile, web, data, BI, reporting & cloud solutions. His past accomplishments include developing and designing Mobile and web applications for CPG and Life Sciences. When he is not working he enjoys archery, hiking, and biking.

Nipun KhannaA transformative technology leader with breadth of experience in business strategy, operations, data engineering and product development across CPG domain. As the Executive Vice President of Category Management and Data, Nipun will be leading Andavi’s technology direction.

Prior to joining Andavi, Nipun was responsible for Digitalrep’s software development effort and product ownership, having developed a keen understanding of shelf space and how software code can drive highly efficient processing of it.

Nipun has more than 15 years of experience interacting with end users, business leaders, and technologists. Nipun holds a M.S. in Engineering Management with specialization in Manufacturing Execution Systems from Syracuse University.

Ned MorrisNed brings a clear approach to driving successful analytic solutions by effectively aligning technology with customer-specific business priorities, always keeping measurable ROI in focus. Having worked across all three tiers of the beverage alcohol industry, Ned brings a breadth of industry experience with roles in sales, leadership, analytics, and operations at companies such as Wirtz Beverage, Zing Zang, Binny’s, 3×3, as well as experience with supplier startups.

In the analytics space, Ned spent 15+ years selling and delivering Oracle BI and EPM technology solutions into global strategic accounts. He also was responsible at Incorta, the market-leading direct data analytics platform, for driving growth and ongoing customer success.

Laura Smith Headshot BWWith over 30 years of experience holding various roles from Brand & Customer Marketing, National Sales, and Client Management, Laura adds a breadth of insight to Andavi as a seasoned software, CPG, and TPM executive. She has worked for strong branded organizations such as Revlon, Coca-Cola, Advantage Solutions, AFS Technologies, Telus Consumer Goods and is a champion for customer advocacy. Based in Toronto, Laura holds the position of Vice President, Business Development for Andavi Solutions, focusing on Tradeparency.

Josh SalimanJosh is the VP of Finance at Andavi Solution. Overseeing the Finance & Administration department, he focuses on delivering value-added information to shape organizational strategy. He is a licensed CPA and started his career in public accounting at EY before moving to the software industry.

As Director of Solutions, Tracy is responsible for the technical teams that design, implement and support Andavi’s products. She is passionate about driving process efficiencies and innovation into her sphere of influence – whether with her teams or clients. Her 20 years of team management and 15 years in the software industry (in gaming, HR, and now BevAlc) and experience with all levels of the US 3-tier system give her the expertise to lean on to get her clients where they need to go. 

In her time at Andavi and prior, Tracy has implemented our product, designed our Solution Design process, revamped our Support process for multiple brands, and been engaged with our product strategy and direction. Her technical expertise allows her to translate our client’s needs into our technological solutions with a clear perspective of the client’s ROI and needed analytic outcomes. 

When not working with her teams, she can be found walking with her dogs, reading, or creating something culinary with her other passions of gardening, cooking, and baking. 

As Director of Services, Jenelle is responsible for professional service offerings, including BI, training, consulting, and project management at Andavi Solutions.  While leading key clients through the GreatVines implementation cycle, she helped to shape a standardized process of client engagement for Andavi Solutions.  Her 20+ years of experience in project management and software solutions have helped form Andavi’s organizational service strategy. 

Prior to joining Andavi Solutions, Jenelle earned her MBA with a specialization in IT while working for an HR Software and Services firm. Outside of work, she can be found spending time with her family, walking with her Golden Doodle, practicing Pilates, and enjoying time in nature as much as possible.

Marketing Manager Christina VizcainoChristina oversees all marketing and communications with all of the Andavi Solutions brands. She has worked in the wine industry and global technology companies for 12+ years with an extensive background in marketing, sales, and operations, working in leadership positions at organizations such as SommSelect and Delicato Family Vineyards.

Christina’s passion is in the wine industry and educating and developing effective communication strategies for brands. She completed her undergraduate degree in Wine Business and Marketing as well as her Executive MBA in Wine Business at Sonoma State University.

Kimberly HolmesKimberly works in Finance Administration & Human Resources for Andavi Solutions.

Kimberly is a detail and results-oriented professional with over 20 years of experience in administration, human resources, customer service and finance. She is committed to promoting the highest standards and company values for Andavi Solutions.
