Your Privacy Is Important To Us

Corporate use of the Andavi Solutions, Inc. subsidiary Applications or Website (the “Application”) is optional depending on your corporate standards. By using the Application, you consent to this Privacy Policy.  This policy also governs information we collect via our website and other means for sales and marketing purposes.  

What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you register for the newsletter on the site, download content, enter a contest, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail or text, or participate in another site feature. You may of course visit our website anonymously. Like many websites, we use “cookies” to enhance your experience and gather information about visitors and visits to our websites. Please refer to the “Do we use ‘cookies’?” section below for information about cookies and how we use them.

How do we use your information?

We may use the information we collect from you when you register, purchase products, enter a contest or promotion, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways: To personalize your site experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and product offerings in which you are most interested. To allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests. To quickly process your transactions. To administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site feature. If you have opted-in to receive our e-mail newsletter or texts, we may send you periodic e-mails or texts. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. The term “outside parties” does not include our business. It also does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. What information do Andavi Solutions Applications collect?

You may electronically submit data or information through the Applications that identifies or may be used in combination with other information to identify you (“Personal Data”). By using the Applications, you are agreeing to disclose such Personal Data to your employer. Andavi Solutions, Inc. has no ownership of the data within the Applications.

The Andavi Solutions Applications collect Personal Data from users:

  • When your corporate admin registers you into the Application;
  • When your company downloads Andavi Solutions’ application and purchases our services;
  • When you transmit information through the Application;

When using our Applications, downloading our application or purchasing our service, as appropriate, your Corporate admin can choose to enter your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or other personal information.

Where is your information stored?

We store your Personal Data on Salesforce.com and its marketing application Pardot. 

California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your Personal Data to outside parties without your consent.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

We are in compliance with the requirements of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, and we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our Application is directed to people who are at least 13 years old. By using the Application, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old, or have the permission of your parent or guardian, and otherwise have the right, authority and capacity to agreed to and accept this Privacy Policy.

How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?

To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by following the unsubscribe link in any e-mail communication from us. To modify your text subscriptions, please respond to any text from us with the word NO.  Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.  Third party links – In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third party links on our site. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these linked sites (including if a specific link does not work).  

SMS Disclosure:

  • No mobile opt-in will be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
  • Program description: Hi Client Name – Your temporary password is @$ER%$%#.  You can opt-out at any time by replying NO.
  • Frequency: You will receive a message when you request a temporary password.
  • Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply back with NO. After you send the SMS message NO to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  • Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@andavisolutions.com
  • Interruption: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
  • Cost: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
  • Privacy: If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our privacy policy.
