She will remain with the company during a transition period to support leadership continuity.
Nina Vellayan assumes the role of Chief Executive Officer. A seasoned technology executive with over 25 years of leadership in SaaS, payments, and data-driven platforms, Vellayan will lead Andavi’s next phase of innovation, strategic expansion, and AI-powered product development.
